Christ the King Lutheran Church is hiring a part-time (18-20 hrs) Financial Manager.  CtK is a growing congregation with a vibrant intergenerational ministry, focused outward to serve God, community, and world. 
Duties & Responsibilities of the Financial Manager:
  • Complete and file payroll reports
  • Prepare W-2’s, state and IRS
  • Prepare giving envelopes for distribution
  • Assists in preparation of yearly Ministry Spending Plan
  • Handles purchasing, contracts, and managing cost savings
  • Manage membership and financial databases
  • Coordinate financial reviews, audit committee
  • Prepare quarterly statements and assist in mailing
  • Generate monthly and year end reports
Qualifications of the Financial Manager:
  • Team player
  • Work well with and organize groups of people
  • Communicate with staff, council, and congregation
  • Be resourceful, organized, efficient
  • Proficient computer skills
