We continue in our season of Lent here at Christ The King Lutheran. I hope you have added new things to enhance your ministry with each other. I also hope you have taken advantage of our soup suppers followed by our Wednesday evening worship. Actually there is only one more opportunity available. Next Wednesday 3/25 will be your last opportunity to partake of this wonderful fellowship and learning event. Mark your calendar- 3/25- 5:30pm Soup Supper- 6:30pm Lenten Worship.

This Sunday at 9:15 worship we are reintroduced to 2 sisters- Martha and Mary. Not the story where Martha is angry because Mary is not doing any work and just sitting there listening to Jesus. No- this account involves Mary and her use of perfume. And, her use of this perfume involves the concept of change. As Paul Harvey used to say if you want to hear the rest of the story you will need to attend worship this Sunday at 9:15. You will be glad you did.

God Bless you and your loved ones,

Pastor Dennis E Ellisen, Interim Pastor
