"Navigating the River of Life: Vacation Bible School 2024"

Get ready to set sail on an exciting adventure down the River of Life! Vacation Bible School 2024 is just around the corner, and we're thrilled to invite children ages 3 to 11 from across the Fox Valley to join us at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church for a week of fun, faith, and friendship.

This year, our VBS theme is the "River of Life," where we'll explore the importance of water and its rich symbolism in the Bible. Each day, we'll visit different "ports" to hear captivating Bible stories about water and discover the profound truths they hold for our lives.

But the journey doesn't stop there! We're proud to partner with Prince of Peace and Our Savior’s Lutheran Churches to bring this VBS experience to life. By joining forces and sharing resources, we can make an even greater impact and spread God's love to even more children in our community.

Our adventure begins on Sunday, June 16th, with "Brats with Your Bruh" at 5:00 PM—an opportunity for families to enjoy a delicious meal together and kick off VBS with excitement. Then, from Monday, June 17th, to Wednesday, June 19th, children are invited to join us for a free dinner at 5:00 PM, followed by an evening of exploration and discovery from 5:45 PM to 7:15 PM.

And here's the best part: it's okay if you can't come every night! Whether you join us for one evening or all four, you're welcome aboard our VBS ship. Plus, we're looking for volunteers to help with setup, clean up, and running activities—it's a fantastic opportunity for older youth to get involved and make a difference in the lives of younger children.

As our VBS journey concludes on Wednesday, June 19th, we'll gather together for a special worship service to celebrate the memories we've made and the lessons we've learned.

So, don't miss out on this incredible adventure! Sign up today to reserve your spot and join us as we navigate the River of Life together, discovering the boundless love of God along the way. Fair winds and following seas, young mariners! Susie
