Our Annual Congregational Meeting is an important moment in the life of Christ the King, and we warmly invite every member to attend and participate.

As a congregation, we are moving forward in faith, and this meeting marks a meaningful step in that journey. One of the most significant items before us is continuing the process of calling our next pastor. This is a prayerful and hopeful time for our church, and your presence helps us listen together for where God is leading.

In addition, the meeting will include several key decisions that shape our shared ministry:

  • Reviewing and voting on the 2026 Ministry Spending Plan, which reflects our mission priorities and stewardship.

  • Voting in new Church Council members who will help guide and support the life of our congregation.

  • Selecting delegates to represent Christ the King at synod and other ELCA assemblies, connecting us to the wider church.

While this meeting includes important business, it’s also about community and fellowship. Following the meeting, we invite everyone to stay for a Chili Lunch.

It’s a fun and relaxed way to enjoy time together as a church family.

When we gather, we strengthen our connections, share responsibility, and celebrate what God is doing among us. Your voice, your vote, and your presence truly matter.

We hope you’ll mark your calendar, join us for the meeting, and stay for the chili. We look forward to gathering together in faith, fellowship, and hope.
