Come to the Table – There’s a Place for YOU!

Summer is in full swing, and the joyful anticipation in our church is unmistakable—Vacation Bible School is coming soon! August 10 – 13, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM each evening, Christ the King will be filled with music, laughter, storytelling, and the beautiful sound of children growing in faith.

We’re thrilled to welcome children going into 4K through 6th grade to join us for this unforgettable four-day journey. There is no charge to attend, and dinner will be provided each night—because when we gather at the table, we make sure everyone is fed in both body and spirit.

This year, Christ the King is excited to partner with Prince of Peace, Our Savior’s Lutheran, and Zion Lutheran to make this VBS a truly community-wide celebration. Through Bible stories, crafts, games, and music, campers will discover what it means to gather at God’s table, share in God’s love, and take that love into the world.

And the energy is already building! Our church is beginning to buzz with the excitement only VBS can bring.

We are still looking for adult volunteers to help guide the children from one activity to the next. If you have a heart for helping kids grow in faith—and a willingness to have a little fun along the way—we’d love to have you join the team.
