Come check out the Tuesday Morning Bible Study! My name is Chris Scheuer. My wife Kristin and I are partners of Christ the King and we participate in the Tuesday Morning Bible Study group, which is led by Pastor Dennis. Our group usually numbers

around 15 or so and we meet here at church each Tuesday morning at 9:30 for about an hour. There is also a Zoom video link available for anyone unable to attend in person. During that hour we enjoy coffee, snacks and some fellowship as we take a deeper look at the bible readings Pastor Dennis will be preaching on during the following Sunday wor-

ship service. We also take the time to discuss and pray on issues weighing on someone in the group or others who are important in their lives. I have found Tuesday Bible study to be a wonderful way to get a deeper understanding of how the weekly Bible readings and the Sunday message from Pastor Dennis are woven together. Tuesday Bible study has also helped me develop the good habit of picking up the Bible each week and to think and pray on what the Bible is saying to me, both in the context of when it was written, and how those words might apply to today’s world.

The Tuesday Bible study has also been a wonderful way to get to know partners here at Christ the King and make new friendships along the way.
